Update 3/2024: we used Gayle and Chip again to sell the house they sold to us. As always, they are just amazing. They sets themselves apart by all of the little things they does to help prep to sell. Like little tags pointing out positives in your home, the home binder for the buyers to have all the info, Chip playing handyman and helping with little things, and so much more. We love Gayle and Chip and will be using them again in a few years to search for a place for our custom home. Gayle went above and beyond in every single way to help us buy a house. We are first time homebuyers so we knew next to nothing about this process. She explained everything and always had our best interest in mind.
